Instore Pickup

After checking out, choose the ‘Pick Up’ option in the Delivery section.

Click & Collect are available from all three Cinderella Beauty & Spa stores:

Cinderella The Chrysalis Room

Cinderella Beauty & Spa Albany

Cinderella Beauty & Spa Sylvia Park

Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Please note that Click & Collect is subject to availability and may not apply to all products, such as special orders or large items that can't be picked up in-store. Select your preferred store from the list, complete your payment, and you're done! Your items will be reserved and prepared for collection during the store's opening hours. 

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand. We aim to keep your packages safe and deliver them to you as quickly as possible. To achieve this, we use tracked delivery services. After your order has been dispatched, all customers will receive an email along with your tracking link. Your order will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Our standard processing and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

New Zealand Shipping
$12.95 for orders under $249.99 NZD
Free shipping for all orders over $250 NZD

The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-4 working days after your product has been shipped. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries

Please Note: Orders delivered outside of New Zealand may be subject to inspections, as well as import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, so we ask that you review your country’s policies before purchasing. Additionally, inspections may cause a delay with your shipment. Unfortunately, these delays are out of the control of Rare Skin and our delivery partners.
