We choose fresh, botanical ingredients as well as medical-grade, active ingredients that can be absorbed behind the skin for optimal results. All of our products are listed with a full ingredients list as we strongly believe in transparency when it comes to the products you put on your skin.

Where are your products made?

Our products are created and designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we never test on animals. Our products are cruelty-free.

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products in a consistently cool, dry place, and away from direct sunlight.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We choose sustainable packaging to the fullest extent possible, while still maintaining the freshness and effectiveness of our products after they’re shipped.

We ship and fulfil all our orders in Auckland, New Zealand.

When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders within 2-5 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been processed we are not able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please e-mail us at hello@rareskin.co.nz with your order number if you have issues and we will help you try to solve them.

How can I check the status of my order?

Can I return an item to you if it was purchased from an authorised retailer?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to return a product to us if you purchased from an authorised retailer. You will need to contact the retailer you purchased from and follow their returns policy.
