What items can I return?

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unused
• Items in their original packaging
• Only items purchased from rareskin.co.nz

Can I make a return?

In order to return your product, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items are returnable only up to 14 days after your shipment was received. 

How do I return the product to you?  

To complete your return, please fill out our contact form or e-mail us at admin@rareskin.co.nz with your order number and we will provide a return authorisation for your order, as well as instructions on where to send your product.

Please ensure your items are in a secure courier bag. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and holding on to the receipt until the goods have been signed for as we will not be liable for any lost parcels.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A shop credit will be applied to you through the e-mail address provided with your order. 

Please Note: We do not refund any gifted or promotional products.
